Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions, leveraging foundation models and agentic AI systems. The role involves working across the entire AI lifecycle, from research to production, and contributing to transformative projects.

Responsibilities

• Build applications leveraging foundation models and GenAI techniques
• Develop autonomous agents using agentic frameworks
• Implement MCP integrations and Python-based solutions
• Create scalable REST APIs and deploy AI workloads on clouds
• Apply LLMOps/MLOps best practices
• Work across teams and mentor others
• Drive innovation in embeddings, knowledge graphs, and ontologies

Requirements

• Degree in CS, AI/ML, or related field
• 5+ years of AI/ML-focused software engineering
• Production experience with LLMs and agentic systems
• Strong MCP knowledge and expert-level Python
• Experience with embeddings, knowledge graphs, and RAG
• Full-stack skills (Python back end + modern front end)
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with LLMOps tools
• Strong problem-solving/communication skills
• Willingness to work in the Dallas office 5 days/week
