As an AI Transformation Managing Principal, you will guide financial services clients through their AI transformation journeys—defining strategy, shaping opportunities, and leading delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role blends AI strategy, business transformation, and client engagement, working with executives to envision how AI and GenAI can redefine their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation programs
• Define AI roadmaps and operating models
• Advise stakeholders on AI integration
• Design and deliver scalable GenAI solutions
• Define solution patterns and standards
• Lead Proofs of Concept
• Guide foundation model selection
• Tailor and deploy AI models
• Promote responsible AI practices
• Shape and sell AI transformation programs
• Build client relationships
• Contribute to thought leadership
• Partner with delivery teams
• Mentor consultants
• Represent Capco at industry events

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting and technology-led transformation
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI strategy
• Proven track record leading AI initiatives in financial services
• Success in business development and proposal shaping
• Understanding of foundation models and GenAI in financial services
• Experience collaborating with architecture and engineering teams
• Excellent client engagement and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Willingness to work in the Chicago office 3 days/week
