Job Description

Capco is seeking an AI Engineer to contribute to the quality and implementation of projects, utilizing agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. The role involves statistical analysis, NLP pipeline development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analysis, clustering, and probability modeling
• Analyze graph-structured data for anomaly detection
• Build NLP pipelines (NER, entity resolution, ontology extraction)
• Develop, test, and deploy data-driven models
• Apply ML Ops fundamentals (experiment tracking, metric monitoring)
• Collaborate with teams to translate findings into production capabilities
• Prototype and iterate on data science best practices

Requirements

• Experience in statistical modeling and probability analysis
• Expertise in graph data analysis
• Strong NLP skills (NER, entity/ontology extraction)
• Engineering mindset for building and deploying solutions
• Knowledge of ML Ops basics
• Proficiency in Python and data science/AI libraries
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work in the Charlotte office
