As a Consultant in the Technology Strategy practice, you will design and deliver strategic solutions to empower clients to accelerate transformation, enhance efficiency, and ensure resilient operations. You’ll work collaboratively to assess capabilities, develop future-state visions, and shape technology-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies
• Collaborate with leadership on technology investments
• Support technology transformation roadmaps
• Conduct assessments and build operating models
• Analyze and recommend improvements to AI strategy
• Translate requirements into actionable outcomes
• Prepare client-ready materials
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Bridge communication between stakeholders
• Lead business case creation and financial modeling
• Quantify strategic impact
• Support internal IP development

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, IT, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with enterprise technology concepts
• Eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Willingness to work in the New York office 3 days per week
