Job Description

Stensul is seeking an FP&A Manager to strengthen financial visibility, improve forecast accuracy, and support planning and reporting processes as the company scales. The role involves partnering with various departments to deliver financial insights for better decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the 12-month rolling forecast
• Deliver monthly budget vs actual reporting
• Enhance and administer the FP&A system (Causal)
• Build and evolve driver-based financial models
• Integrate financial and operational data
• Support ROI analyses and strategic deep dives
• Maintain dashboards and reporting
• Collaborate with business partners to refine assumptions
• Improve process efficiency across planning, reporting, and analytics

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience
• Exceptional proficiency with Excel/Sheets
• Technical systems aptitude - experienced or eager to learn Causal
• Ability to write or understand basic SQL
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and SaaS metrics
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
• Highly analytical and intellectually curious
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
