Stensul is seeking a Senior Product Manager to set the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product line. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams to create a valuable, usable, and feasible product, with a focus on improving marketing performance by streamlining content creation.

Responsibilities

• Run product discovery to validate business value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient delivery
• Define product backlog and create user stories
• Prioritize backlog based on business and customer impact
• Ensure features contribute to product and business outcomes
• Manage the entire experience surrounding new features
• Participate in customer and market research

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in martech
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate user requirements to stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills
• Comfort with agile methodologies
• Strong user experience and design sense
• Ability to create mockups and user stories
• Adeptness at managing cross-functional relationships
• Knowledge of technology systems
• Experience working with multi-location teams
