Job Description

Stensul is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and evolve their RevOps function across the full customer lifecycle. This role will focus on owning the systems, processes, and analytics that empower GTM teams to operate efficiently and scale effectively, requiring a strategic operator with a balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM operating framework and systems architecture
  • Lead systems strategy and administration (Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Develop actionable insights through dashboards and analytics
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product
  • Drive operational readiness for planning and quota setting
  • Enable performance and scale through playbooks and training
  • Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations within B2B SaaS
  • Proven success in a growth-stage (Series B–D) company
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and data modeling
  • Experience with sales incentive compensation plans
  • Ability to lead through influence and manage stakeholders
  • Experience managing and developing operations professionals
  • Comfort working with data at scale
  • Curious and tech-forward with interest in AI
