Job Description

AG1 is seeking a strategic Manager, Media Strategy to elevate and scale paid media efforts across video, social, and emerging platforms. This role will focus on shaping multi-channel strategies, managing agency relationships, and driving insight-led decisions to fuel growth and brand relevance, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of paid campaigns
  • Partner with agency media teams
  • Support media mix and channel planning
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights
  • Distill performance insights into strategic updates
  • Provide strategic input on media mix planning
  • Serve as a connector between Brand Media, Creative Strategy, and Acquisition teams
  • Partner with Creative Strategy to share performance insights
  • Inform creative best practices
  • Identify new opportunities within existing channels
  • Stay current on platform trends and media innovations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, media buying, or full-funnel marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Linear, CTV, and DSP platforms
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear briefs and translate data into creative decisions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to follow cultural conversation around health and wellness
