Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to partner with the SVP of Professional Services and Operations team. This role involves leading financial forecasting for the services P&L, influencing business decisions, and driving target setting and business case analysis. The position offers ownership in a fast-growing SaaS company and requires hybrid work in Miami, NYC, Minneapolis, or Northern VA.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with business stakeholders
• Own the full P&L process for Go-To-Market functions
• Analyze and report on financial results
• Analyze KPIs and financial trends
• Collaborate to implement operational efficiencies
• Lead sales forecasting and scenario modeling
• Enhance management reporting
• Develop scalable processes
• Evaluate investment priorities
• Manage long-range planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of FP&A or business finance experience
• Experience with Professional Services organizations preferred
• Strong Excel analysis skills
• Skilled at building financial models and reports
• Track record in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to draw conclusions from data
• Cross-functional work and influence skills
