Job Description

The Transformation & Financial Flexibility Manager will lead efforts to deliver process and systematic changes to Anaplan, resulting in a more efficient company structure and a shift from a fixed cost approach to a variable cost structure. This role requires influencing across functions and levels of the organization, coupled with strong financial and accounting knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• Background in Lean Six Sigma
• Experience in change management
• Experience in process re-engineering
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in ambiguity
• Highly motivated and ownership-driven
• Strategic and innovative thinking
