The Transformation & Financial Flexibility Manager will lead efforts to deliver process and systematic changes to Anaplan, resulting in a more efficient company structure. This role focuses on structural cost improvement by transitioning from a fixed cost approach to a variable cost structure, freeing up budget for investments and profit improvement. The position requires strong influencing skills and financial acumen.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• Background in Lean Six Sigma
• Experience in change management

• Strategic and innovative thinking
