Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a tenacious Renewals Manager to manage a portfolio of renewals, ensuring successful execution of renewal processes. This individual contributor role involves direct customer interaction, collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams, negotiation, and management of commercial aspects of customer conversions. The role requires a customer-first approach and a strong understanding of SaaS renewals and deal support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewals portfolio
  • Support renewal deal cycle
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales
  • Negotiate renewal issues
  • Manage customer conversions
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries
  • Review and interpret contract terms
  • Process quotes and orders
  • Maintain accurate forecast
  • Archive contractual documentation
  • Resolve problems with internal support

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of SaaS renewals/sales/customer success experience
  • Mid-Market/Commercial segment experience
  • Understanding of deal support/commercial topics
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand products and corporate goals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and CRM systems (SFDC a plus)
  • Four-year college degree preferred
