Anaplan is seeking a tenacious Renewals Manager to manage a portfolio of renewals, ensuring successful execution of renewal processes. This individual contributor role involves direct customer interaction, collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams, negotiation, and management of commercial aspects of customer conversions. The role requires a strong understanding of SaaS renewals and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewals portfolio

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of SaaS renewals experience
  • Mid-Market/Commercial segment experience
  • Understanding of deal support/commercial topics
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Understanding of product value
  • Understanding of corporate goals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and CRM systems
  • Four-year college degree preferred
