Anaplan is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Vice President to lead their Product Training and Education team. This role involves shaping the vision and strategy for product training, ensuring customers and employees are enabled to leverage the Anaplan platform, and driving improved implementation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Product Training & Education
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee development and delivery of comprehensive training programs
• Build and execute an agile delivery mechanism
• Drive adoption of new technology and product innovations
• Enable skill building and self-sufficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage certification programs
• Oversee LMS administration and optimization
• Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in leading training and enablement teams
• Proven track record of successful product training strategies
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Experience with certification program design
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work with product development teams
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
