Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the development and evolution of sales plays aimed at solving industry-specific challenges for customers. This role involves leading a cross-functional team, coordinating project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of value propositions to improve sales force efficiency and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional team to build and evolve sales plays
  • Develop and drive overall project plan
  • Build a structured release roadmap
  • Collaborate with product teams
  • Provide inputs to develop high-quality assets
  • Develop and institutionalize a feedback loop
  • Drive measurable outcomes including adoption of Sales Plays
  • Increase collaboration of stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of B2B product/ industry marketing, Sales Enablement, Project Management, and/ or Pre-sales experience
  • Strong delivery management skills
  • Strong project and program management skills
  • Proven experience in developing cohesive and impactful deliverables
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience developing and launching new sales offerings
  • Management consulting experience preferred
