Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a Manager to lead their Demo Solutions and Digital Presales team, responsible for creating and scaling product demo environments and delivering them through scalable, automated, and high-quality digital interactions. This role involves building team structure, setting roadmap for demo strategy, and partnering with various stakeholders to generate pipeline and drive sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and grow Demo Solutions Specialists and Digital Solution Consultants
  • Define and evolve a holistic demo strategy
  • Partner with Product, Applications, Presales, and Marketing teams
  • Own the roadmap for demo automation, tooling, and infrastructure
  • Define and optimize operating models for engagement with Account Executives and SDRs
  • Establish and monitor key metrics for content adoption and ROI
  • Drive consistent quality and visual storytelling across demo content
  • Evangelize the team internally and externally

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Presales, solution consulting, or technical sales support
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership or people management
  • Proven ability to establish team operating structures and scalable processes
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Hands-on ability to design and build scalable demo environments
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort managing metrics
  • Passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
