Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a dynamic leader to manage a team of presales solution consultants focused on the Retail and Consumer Goods industry. This role requires a strong background in SaaS and enterprise sales, a deep understanding of business planning, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in complex sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Presales Solution Consultants
• Develop and implement presales strategies
• Partner with sales leaders to manage business and shape account strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services
• Oversee development and delivery of demos and value propositions
• Cultivate relationships with senior customer stakeholders
• Stay ahead of market trends and serve as a subject matter expert

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience leading presales, solution consulting, or technical sales in SaaS
• Experience leading teams in Retail and Consumer Goods
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning processes
• Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms
• Proven track record of building relationships with CxO stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
