Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a tenacious Sales Development Representative to join their sales team in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time role involves being the first point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships, and scheduling meetings for the sales force with enterprise companies.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first voice a prospective client hears
  • Deliver a message to build an effective way to do business
  • Follow up on and build qualified leads
  • Sell using Account Based Marketing techniques
  • Establish rapport and cultivate relationships
  • Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales force
  • Engage in value-based discussions with prospects
  • Collaborate with field sales on Account Based Sales Development strategies
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years in a commissioned sales role
  • Track record for meeting and exceeding sales objectives
  • Experience calling into Fortune 2000 accounts at CXO level
  • High level of energy, drive, passion, initiative, dedication and integrity
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce.com
  • Technique to maintain high call volumes
