This role involves defining implementation standards, enabling the ecosystem, resolving escalations, creating demos, and translating field insights into product improvements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Anaplan's platform and a passion for business-user enablement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter and technical expert for Anaplan Intelligence and UX
• Lead technical enablement initiatives
• Ensure demos and implementation content are up-to-date
• Partner with Center of Excellence and solution architects
• Empower partners with technical guidance
• Support late-stage sales opportunities
• Deliver actionable insights from the field
• Present Anaplan’s vision for AI and UX

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Anaplan’s intelligence and UX products
• Experience in enterprise software implementations involving AI
• Practical knowledge of UX and AI intersection
• Expertise in Anaplan modeling and data integration
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
