Job Description

This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the dealership market to increase sales of SaaS solutions. The Inside Sales Executive will utilize phone and electronic communication to highlight product features and benefits, achieve sales objectives, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Product expertise in Infomedia Solutions
  • High volume telephone prospecting
  • Identify revenue opportunities
  • Qualify and generate sales
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Accurate record keeping in Salesforce
  • Technical discussions and demonstrations
  • Stay updated on product developments
  • Coordinate programs and close contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams
  • Ensure successful customer handoffs

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience (3+ years of telephone sales/software sales/automotive)
  • Sales/Customer Service experience in the Automotive industry (parts and service)
  • Highly energetic and motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
