Aspire.io is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the customer onboarding process from sales handoff to platform go-live. This role focuses on ensuring customers have a positive initial experience and are set up for long-term success by configuring the platform, setting up integrations, building workflows, and providing training to enterprise brand teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, technical implementation, or management consulting within B2B SaaS
• Proven track record managing complex technical implementations
• Strong project management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Information gathering and discovery skills
• Escalation management skills
• Bias toward action and comfort in ambiguous environments
• Self-starter mentality
