Job Description

Aspire.io is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Finance to lead the Finance organization and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role will oversee Finance and Revenue Operations, building scalable financial foundations and driving strategy, operational excellence, and business performance. The role requires a highly cross-functional leader focused on execution and aligning teams around business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Revenue Operations
• Partner with the executive team on strategic planning
• Drive company-wide alignment on financial targets
• Own Board communications
• Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives
• Serve as a trusted advisor across business areas
• Optimize investments and headcount
• Own company-wide revenue and operational forecasting
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Ensure compliance with GAAP
• Build scalable systems and reporting frameworks
• Translate financial data into actionable insights
• Define and monitor KPIs

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership
• Proven success in high-growth SaaS or technology environments
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics
• Expert-level financial modeling skills
• Understanding of fundamental Accounting concepts
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience in fundraising preferred
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
