Job Description

Aspire.io is seeking a creative Social Media & Community Manager to be the voice of the company and manage its social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as lead their Inside Influence Slack community. The role involves developing content strategies, creating engaging content, and using data to optimize their approach, with a focus on the creator economy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Launch and lead TikTok channel
  • Build and nurture Inside Influence Slack community
  • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams
  • Monitor social media trends
  • Repurpose and amplify content
  • Drive strategic initiatives
  • Analyze and optimize performance metrics
  • Engage authentically with audience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media or community management
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience with short-form video creation/editing
  • Experience running/moderating online communities
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Understanding of B2B social media best practices
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Excellent organizational skills
