Job Description

Ylopo is seeking an outgoing and tech-savvy individual to join their growing team as a Junior Account Executive. This role focuses on identifying and closing new accounts, handling inbound leads, and demonstrating the value of their technology platform to real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential customers
  • Close new Tier 3 and Tier 2 accounts
  • Handle inbound lead allocation
  • Shadow Senior AE demos
  • Work with SDR team on lead support
  • Negotiate and present business cases
  • Earn client trust
  • Demonstrate technology platform
  • Implement sales processes and track data
  • Achieve performance metrics

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B software sales or real estate
  • Fluency in CRM platforms
  • Track record of achievement
  • Integrity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Comfort with phone sales
  • Confident and competitive work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Strong communication skills
