Job Description

TreviPay is seeking a driven and experienced Bilingual Strategic Account Manager fluent in English and Spanish to manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves managing complex relationships, understanding client landscapes, and ensuring customer success within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships up to the C-suite
  • Understand client’s competitive landscape
  • Monitor and communicate client news and trends
  • Identify customer needs and proactively anticipate requirements
  • Ensure team alignment and escalate client issues
  • Conduct business reviews
  • Achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Develop Strategic Account Plans
  • Lead proposal development and contract negotiation
  • Manage program contracts and facilitate renewals
  • Understand and communicate TreviPay solutions
  • Embrace account management best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing strategic accounts
  • Experience developing and implementing commercial/sales strategy
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Proactive and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and responsive
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve
  • Native level Spanish/English proficiency
  • University degree required
