Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to lead our ETH MEV team, designing and deploying high-performance systems that interact with the Ethereum network. This role involves leading a team, overseeing development, setting priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain core experts
• Oversee development and maintenance of MEV bots
• Set engineering priorities and timelines
• Develop strategies to optimize performance
• Provide insight on best practices with validators and traders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Work on data analysis projects

Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing an Engineering team
• 5+ years experience with scalable and distributed backend systems
• 3+ years experience in Blockchain
• 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV
• Experience with ETH or BSC MEV
• Expertise using Go language
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to read and modify blockchain core code
