Job Description

Moloco is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own and optimize critical enterprise SaaS platforms powering Go-To-Market, Quote-to-Cash, Finance, and other core business processes. This hands-on role involves designing solutions, implementing them with internal teams and consultants, and driving the technical roadmap to support evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design system architectures and integration strategies
• Evaluate design principles and architectural patterns
• Analyze complex data models
• Identify gaps and automation opportunities
• Lead integration and automation initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal and external teams
• Mitigate integration and data flow risks
• Leverage AI and automation tools
• Evaluate emerging technologies
• Establish system governance and documentation

Requirements

• Experience designing and managing enterprise SaaS systems
• Expertise in cloud-native environments and data models
• Critical thinking and technical problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with usage-based billing systems
• Knowledge of Go-To-Market and Finance processes
• Hands-on experience as a Business Systems Administrator or Architect
• Agile environment experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
