Moloco is seeking an experienced privacy and regulatory attorney with 12+ years of experience in advertising technology to join their legal team. The role involves leading the global privacy program, providing legal counsel on privacy laws, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for global privacy program
• Implement privacy policies and processes
• Advise product and technical teams on privacy controls
• Develop data governance strategies
• Manage regulatory engagement
• Investigate privacy and security issues
• Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments
• Evaluate outside counsel
• Mitigate complex issues and risks

Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience in privacy and AdTech
• Subject matter expertise in global privacy laws
• Ability to partner with engineering and data science teams
• Experience in a fast-growing technology company preferred
• Law firm and in-house experience preferred
• Pragmatic, business-minded approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• California Bar membership
