Moloco is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Management & Engagement to drive performance, growth, and retention across their global workforce. This role involves designing and evolving performance cycles, facilitating talent reviews, leading employee engagement strategies, and developing succession planning processes. The ideal candidate will leverage data and AI to create impactful talent programs and position Moloco as a top destination for high performers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve performance cycles
  • Create real-time performance views
  • Facilitate calibration and talent reviews
  • Promote leveling frameworks and career ladders
  • Lead employee survey strategy
  • Design pulse surveys and feedback loops
  • Create engagement dashboards
  • Facilitate succession planning
  • Design succession planning processes

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years in talent management, organizational development, or HR strategy
  • Proven track record in performance management, succession planning, and talent review
  • Experience with competency frameworks and career ladders
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with people data
  • Experience facilitating talent conversations with senior leaders
  • Systems thinking mindset
