Moloco is seeking a strategic Director, People Partner to advise and coach executive leaders across Corporate Functions and the rapidly scaling Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) business. This role focuses on organizational effectiveness, talent planning, change leadership, and shaping leadership development to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C suite leaders
• Advise on organizational design
• Lead talent planning and succession
• Guide leaders through organizational changes
• Use people analytics to influence decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design programs
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams

Requirements

• 14+ years of progressive HR experience
• 3+ years partnering with C suite/SVP leaders
• Strong business acumen supporting corporate and GTM organizations
• Expertise in org design, talent planning, and change leadership
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills
• Experience in complex, global environments
• Exceptional communication and executive coaching ability
