Job Description

Moloco is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Product Analytics Data Science team, working closely with the R&D team on their core Ads product. The role involves driving performance improvement through data-driven insights, conducting deep-dive analysis, building metrics, and evaluating system health to improve outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis to influence R&D decisions
• Build metrics to measure campaign health
• Evaluate ads system health
• Provide strategic thought partnership to cross-functional teams
• Present information and analysis results effectively

Requirements

• Distinctive problem-solving skills
• Ability to own complex projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis
• Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages and SQL
• 6+ years of data science experience or advanced degree with 4+ years experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in a quantitative discipline
