Job Description

Moloco is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to build the foundation for their next-generation AI agentic platform. This role involves designing and implementing scalable systems for agentic AI infrastructure, including components like a prompt store and orchestration engine, to automate decision-making and improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, production-grade systems for agentic AI infrastructure
• Build components including Prompt Store, Orchestrator, Data Connectors, and Agent Frameworks
• Enable intelligent agent behaviors to automate decision-making
• Collaborate with product, ML, and data engineering
• Drive the technical roadmap and influence AI strategy

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend or systems engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or similar
• Experience with cloud-native systems and ML/AI pipelines
• Familiarity with orchestration tools and microservices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with LLM-based systems or agentic AI
• Startup or zero-to-one build experience
