Moloco is seeking an experienced Principal Engineering Lead to spearhead initiatives for their new Consumer Ads business. This is a hands-on technical role requiring expertise in ad tech, systems design, and team leadership, with a focus on launching new capabilities and scaling systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tech Lead for strategic initiatives
• Drive conception and launch of new ad capabilities
• Shape technical and career growth of engineers
• Lead strategic thinking around SDK evolution and ad delivery systems

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Leader in adtech
• Background in consumer-facing Ads
• Strong familiarity with platform-scale ad tech
• Excellent systems design and coding skills
• 10+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
