Job Description

Moloco is seeking a Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to join their ML Infra team. This role focuses on building and maintaining the foundational systems that enable ML teams to scale efficiently and reliably. The engineer will contribute to critical infrastructure for data reliability, model deployment, and production monitoring, working on production-grade ML systems with organizational visibility.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure for ML model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Develop internal tools and APIs to improve ML developer workflows and data reliability
• Partner with ML engineers for clean data flows and reproducible experiments
• Improve pipeline robustness to prevent data drift and outages
• Contribute to scaling and standardizing ML infrastructure

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with Rust, C++, or Java
• Strong CS fundamentals
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
• Interest in building infrastructure for ML/AI problems
• Clear communication and initiative
