Job Description

Moloco is seeking a Director of Product Management to define and execute the product strategy for advertiser performance and controls within the Moloco Ads ecosystem. This role involves leading a team of product managers, partnering with engineering and data science, and shaping the advertiser experience to drive measurable outcomes and ecosystem sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute multi-year product strategy
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers
  • Partner with engineering and data science
  • Shape the advertiser experience
  • Own the product roadmap
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Sales, Operations, and GTM
  • Establish and track success metrics

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in ad tech or ML-driven platforms
  • Deep understanding of performance advertising systems
  • Ability to lead cross-functional organizations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Proven success defining and executing product strategies
  • Track record of building and scaling product teams
