Moloco is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive cross-team initiatives, manage roadmaps, and ensure operational excellence for their AI advertising solutions. The role requires a strong technical background, experience with cloud infrastructure, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Connect engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders
• Drive cross-team initiatives
• Manage roadmaps, schedules, risks, and issues
• Own security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence
• Establish scalable processes
• Improve engineering, product, and operational efficiency
• Grow the TPM function

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program or engineering management experience
• 7+ years of experience with software, cloud, or data engineering teams
• Experience with GCP, AWS, OCI, Azure
• Experience with senior leadership
• Strong communication skills
• Experience managing projects, risks, and dependencies
• Experience building scalable processes
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
