Moloco is seeking a Customer Solution Engineer to drive the success of their products by partnering with clients on technical implementations, building tools, and monitoring industry trends. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both business and engineering, possessing strong technical skills and a passion for solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide premium implementation support to customers
  • Scale support for the Sales team
  • Collect technical voice of the market
  • Design and build tools for Sales and Support
  • Develop points of view on technical market challenges
  • Work with Product/Engineering on roadmap

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of software development experience
  • Fluency in at least one back-end language (Java, C++, or Python)
  • Proficiency in Javascript and Web fundamentals
  • Experience in Cloud/Distributed development
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
