Moloco is seeking an experienced communications leader to build and execute their global communications strategy. This role involves shaping the external narrative, managing internal communications, and building relationships with media and agencies. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller with experience in both traditional PR and innovative corporate storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead global communications programs
• Partner with leadership on communication strategy
• Develop external communication strategy (earned media, content, social media)
• Design and implement internal communications programs
• Manage agency relationships
• Write and edit high-stakes communications
• Navigate cultural and regulatory differences
• Oversee reputation management
• Mentor a global communications team

Requirements

• 12+ years of strategic communications experience
• 5+ years in senior leadership (VP or CCO)
• Experience with publicly traded companies (SEC filings)
• B2B communications expertise
• Global communications leadership experience
• Strong writing and media relations skills
• AI fluency
