Job Description

Moloco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to spearhead the growth of their innovative CTV for Direct Response products, focusing on activating and onboarding web-first advertisers. This role involves managing the full business development cycle and building relationships with advertisers and agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard web-first advertisers
  • Activate relationships with performance marketing agencies
  • Manage the full business development cycle
  • Maintain advertiser relationships
  • Convert early stage advertisers to customers
  • Become a subject matter expert on Moloco's CTV offering

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales/business development
  • Established network with marketing leaders at web-first advertisers
  • Verifiable relationships with US-based performance marketing agencies
  • Expert understanding of digital performance advertising ecosystem
  • Hunter mentality and strategic mindset
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
