Parsley Health is seeking experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants passionate about transforming primary care with a functional medicine approach. This full-time role involves conducting virtual and in-person visits, utilizing advanced testing, and collaborating with care teams to drive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional medicine visits virtually and/or in-person
• Use advanced testing to uncover root causes of chronic illness
• Partner with health coaches and care teams
• Build deep relationships with patients
• Document care in a proprietary EMR

Requirements

• Active NY Nurse Practitioner license OR active NY Physician Assistant license
• 3+ years of primary care experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Passion for personal health and wellness
