Job Description

Parsley Health is seeking an experienced IT contractor to provide fractional support to their team. The role involves resolving escalated IT issues, managing device systems, and assisting with occasional in-person tech needs in their NYC office. The ideal candidate is a reliable consultant comfortable with contract work and available for ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to escalated IT support requests
• Support onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Update and manage device management tools like Jamf
• Prepare Mac laptops for employees
• Perform basic audits and software updates
• Assist with procurement and inventory tracking
• Recommend and implement IT system improvements
• Collaborate on short technical projects

Requirements

• Solid MacOS administration experience
• Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
• Experience with Jamf or similar MDM tool
• Ability to manage IT procurement and asset inventory
• Self-sufficiency and reliable communication
• SOC 2 or HIPAA experience is a plus
• Startup or small team support background preferred
