Job Description

Parsley Health is seeking a Head of Finance to influence strategic direction, manage budget and forecasting, and collaborate with business leaders to support data-informed decision-making. This role reports to the CEO and will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and driving profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own financial models and manage budget/forecasting
• Define capital and resource allocation frameworks
• Partner with business leaders on budgets and decision support
• Analyze macro trends and business drivers
• Manage all business expenses
• Develop financial analyses for strategic initiatives
• Communicate financial results to leadership
• Prepare presentations for Executive team, Board, and investors
• Drive financial education and performance across the organization

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity experience
• Start-up experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Holistic business thinking and financial storytelling ability
• Self-starter with attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Extensive financial modeling experience (NetSuite/Looker a plus)
• Executive presence and partnership skills
• Experience partnering with C-level executives
• Healthcare and/or venture-funded company experience
• Interest in health and wellness
