Job Description

Diligent is seeking an experienced GRC Advisor to drive adoption, retention, and expansion within key accounts. This role focuses on leveraging the Diligent One Platform to help clients manage risk, build resilience, and make better decisions through guidance, best practices, and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on configuring and optimizing the GRC platform
• Assess client GRC requirements and recommend solutions
• Collaborate on client roadmaps and governance requirements
• Ensure platform adoption and identify at-risk clients
• Partner with internal teams for continuous improvement
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with clients

Requirements

• Adaptive mindset and ability to demonstrate business value
• Relationship building skills
• 3+ years of client-facing experience in legal, audit, risk, or compliance
• Understanding of GRC domain and software solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to travel
