Job Description

Diligent is seeking a Demand Gen Manager to drive new customer acquisition through strategic media buying and full-funnel demand generation. This role will focus on paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across various digital channels, collaborating with Product Marketing, Content, and Field teams to build scalable acquisition programs and accelerate pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute full-funnel digital media programs
  • Own paid media strategy and optimization
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Launch and scale experiments
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and regional Demand Gen teams
  • Collaborate with SDR and AE teams
  • Manage campaign calendars and media budgets
  • Run ongoing testing and optimization
  • Partner with Analytics and Ops for tracking and reporting
  • Surface insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to growth loops and lifecycle programs
  • Report performance in quarterly business reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; 7–9 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or GTM roles
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and revenue marketing frameworks
  • Demonstrated success launching cross-functional growth initiatives
  • Experience running A/B and multivariate testing
  • Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms
  • Collaborative operator
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Strategic thinker and self-starter
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
