Job Description

The Senior Director of Marketing will strategize, nurture, and report on targets to drive growth in the Americas region. This role involves close collaboration with Sales leadership, Marketing leadership, Inside Sales, and Operations to execute events and campaigns, convert leads, and optimize sales plays.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and deliver marketing activities and pipeline for the America region
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on priorities and build effective marketing plans
  • Identify market trends and competitive landscape
  • Develop and execute customer-driven regional marketing strategies
  • Formulate and drive initiatives like webinars, campaigns, and events
  • Lead execution of 3rd party events and campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze data to optimize programs
  • Manage budgets effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders
  • Hire and coach marketing talent

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Marketing leadership experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
  • 4+ years of driving and scaling ABM
  • Proven track record of executing field marketing strategies
  • Ability to set and achieve ambitious goals
  • Deep understanding of event operations and agency management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and 6sense or CommonRoom
