Diligent is seeking a Head of Business Partnering for the Americas region to lead a team of HR business partners, delivering strategic and operational HR support to a geographically dispersed workforce. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of the HR landscape, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in driving organizational change, serving as a primary HR partner to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking and operational execution abilities
  • Experience with talent management and change management
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred)
