Job Description

The Director, Legal Operations will lead efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal department by optimizing workflows and project managing strategic legal initiatives. The role focuses on implementing AI and other legal technologies, leading a junior team member, managing projects, and ensuring robust information management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & legal technology implementation
• Lead, mentor, and develop a junior team member
• Manage legal projects
• Build contract automation workflows
• Maintain legal information management processes
• Summarize contractual terms
• Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting
• Drive adoption of tools for legal team efficiency

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in legal operations
• Experience evaluating and implementing legal technology, including AI
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake and DocuSign CLM
• Proficiency in contract template maintenance
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree
