Diligent is seeking a hybrid engineer to rapidly build prototypes, engage with customers, and represent the company to senior stakeholders. This role involves identifying customer needs, demonstrating product value, and providing technical guidance in pre-sales situations.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end prototypes and demos
• Partner with sales and business development
• Represent company in executive meetings
• Act as a forward-deployed engineer
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing
• Provide technical guidance during partnerships
• Establish frameworks for pre-sales prototyping

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of post-college work experience
• Strong prototyping skills (Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Comfort with AI/LLM tools
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Exceptional executive presence
• Ability to operate independently
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
