Job Description

Diligent is seeking a Director of Product to lead the strategy and execution of their Data Platform, unifying data into a single intelligence fabric to fuel AI-driven analytics and future Data as a Service offerings. This role involves partnering with data engineering, AI, and analytics teams to make data a first-class product and drive the company's transformation into an AI-first, data-powered organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Data Platform vision, roadmap, and outcomes
• Build and lead a high-performing PM team
• Partner with engineering and data science to deliver a unified data fabric
• Enable AI-driven analytics, benchmarking, and reporting
• Establish data governance, access, and adoption models
• Drive adoption of the Data Platform across business units
• Communicate platform impact and value to stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, 5+ in leadership
• Experience building data or platform products in enterprise SaaS
• Strong technical foundation in data architecture, pipelines, analytics, and AI/ML
• Proven success driving enterprise-scale data transformation
• Skilled at leading through influence and mentoring teams
• Comfortable representing technical capabilities in business terms
