Job Description

The Product Manager for Diligent One will connect the Platform Business Unit with other Product BUs to ensure shared capabilities are understood, adopted, and aligned to business outcomes. This role will embed directly with BU teams to translate Diligent One’s value into practical applications while bringing back insights that guide Diligent One’s roadmap. The ideal candidate has customer-facing experience, technical fluency, and a strong sense of empathy for both internal teams and end customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between Diligent One and assigned BUs
• Embed with BU teams to understand use cases and identify integration opportunities
• Translate Diligent One capabilities into clear value stories
• Ensure Diligent One is strategically aligned with each Business Unit
• Represent Diligent One priorities in BU planning
• Capture feedback from BUs and customers to shape Diligent One’s roadmap
• Create and maintain materials explaining how BUs can consume Diligent One services
• Drive internal advocacy for Diligent One adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS experience in Product Management, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, or Customer Success
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
• Resilience in managing competing priorities
• Deep curiosity about customer workflows
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, integrations, or GRC domains is a plus
